The Dimarzio Evolution is a high power humbucker. The Evolution, F-spaced, DP159FBK is for guitars with Floyd Rose style trems.

The dimarzio Evolution neck and bridge humbuckers are the result of two years of research to come up with the right sound for a very demanding player: Steve Vai and his Ibanez Jems. Dimarzio have designed this humbucking pickup for maximum power. It is tight, and aggressive with a very hot sound. Produces more harmonics than regular humbuckers. They were design as live pickups originally but due to their presence and high definition, they are great for recording too. They cut right through the mix
