The layout is typical of a 5 piece drum kit with a snare, 3 toms, kick drum, 2 cymbals and a hi-hat. The cymbals can be choked by grabbing them after striking and you can get rim shot sounds from the snare by hitting the centre of the pad and the rim at the same time.
