effects chains in parallel. A
Switcher/Mixer pedal will also include a simple mixer to mix the dry sound with the
effects. A
noise gate works by setting a threshold for sound to pass. A
guitar signal will only be allowed through the gate once it passes a creatin intensity. A
feedbacker/Sustainer effect reproduces the sound of audio feedback. It provides true sustain of the sound.
