Pitch

An octave effects pedal takes the sound of a guitar or or bass and mixes it with a signal that is an octave higher or lower. A pitch shifter effects pedal alters the pitch of the guitar. Often combine with an expression pedal to create a bend effect. They can also be used to electronically detune a guitar.
