This instrument features pretty stunning looks. The price of the Hagstrom Viking Deluxe is very reasonable though. Especially when you look at the specification. The flame maple body has a gorgeous Amber Sunburst finish. It also features a maple set neck. Like all Hagstroms this Viking Deluxe model comes with a Resinator Fretboard. Inside the neck is an H Expander Truss Rod. This is part of the secret sound and playability of this instrument. With its fifteen inch radius it has modern playability. You can get the action low for big bending if you want to. The Hagstrom Viking Deluxe Amber Sunburst also comes with great hardware. The HJ-50 Humbucker pickups deliver a little more bite.
