CreditCards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SOLO, SWITCH, ELECTRON,etc.

All payments made on our web site are made on a 128 bit Secure Server. These transactions are handled by Protx.

Cheques: We accept personal cheques. We would need to wait until the cheque had cleared before the goods could be sent.

We can offer credit facilities through Merchant City Music. Credit is offered, subject to status, on any item over £250. No deposit is required. 

To Apply for Finance

Simply call us with the following details (we do not pass these details on to anyone except our finance partner): home address, home phone number, work address, work phone number, bank account number and sort code.

We fill out an online form for acceptance, and will give an answer within 24 hours. If successfull then we will send you the forms in the post to sign. Once we have received the signed credit forms from you we will send the goods.

PRICE MATCHING POLICY

We offer a price matching policy that where possible we will match any competitor's price on any product that we sell. Just let us know where you have seen your desired item cheaper.

From time to time it is not always possible to match a price, but we will always do our best to make sure you are happy with our own prices.

Please note we are unable to match our online prices in store. To take advantage of our online prices you must buy from our website.
