The Michael Kelly CC53 has a boutique look and feel about it. It is a classic single cut design with 7 strings. An alder body comes with a striking Hint Black flame maple top. It makes this guitar look a lot more expensive than it actually is. A maple neck has been bolted on and fitted with a rosewood fretboard. Big, meaty tones are on tap thanks to the Rockfield Fat Ass 7 pickups. These are humbuckers in the bridge and neck positions. The hardware is solid, works well and is finished in black.
