High output, for aggressive playing styles
The Seymour Duncan SH-6 duncan distortion , Bridge, is a high output humbucker pickup built for aggressive electric guitar playing styles.
The Seymour Duncan SH-6 duncan distortion is recommended for old school metal, nu-metal, gothic, garage, punk, thrash and other heavy rock styles. It is also great for drop tunings.
The Seymour Duncan duncan distortion yields high output while retaining clarity. The massive ceramic magnet and hot coil windings deliver tremendous power and raw distorted rock sounds. It is more aggressive than the SH-5 Duncan Custom and comes with four-conductor hookup cable.
Seymour Duncan SH-6 duncan distortion is often paired with an SH-2 Jazz Model in the neck for good clean tones and versatility.
It works especially well with rosewood fingerboards.
Players using the Duncan Distortion are: John Connolly / Sevendust (bridge), Jerry Horton / Papa Roach (bridge), Meegs Rascon / Coal Chamber (bridge), Wayne Static / Static X (bridge), Eric Peterson / Testament (bridge)
