Gretsch G5420T Fairlane Blue Single Cutaway Hollow Body Guitar

This new version of the Gretsch G5420T has a new finish, Fairlane Blue. The gloss metallic blue colour really looks stunning. There are plenty of nice little tweaks and upgrades that have been made for 2016. The body binding is now 4-ply aged white and black, which along with the now bound headstock adds a real touch of class. The frets are now medium jumbo giving effortless playability. The fingerboard inlays have reverted back to neo-classic 'Thumbnail' markers and the Electromatic logo has been removed from the headstock and added on to the pickguard. A better quality GraphTech Nubone nut is now fitted as standard along with a treble bleed mod on the master volume control which preserves the full tone of the pickups when rolling off the volume.

The rest of the Gretsch G5420T Fairlane Blue is classic Electromatic Gretsch. Large 5-ply Maple body with bound oversize F-Holes. Gretsch "Blacktop" Filter'Tron humbuckers, an Adjusto-matic bridge on Secured Rosewood Base and a Bigsby B60 vibrato for that great Gretsch sound. Like all Electromatic guitars, the Gretsch G5420T Fairlane Blue is beautifully well crafted and finished.
