This semi-acoustic guitar has been made from Ash. The Fender Jim Adkins JA-90 Telecaster Thinline also sports a maple set neck. Not that common a thing to find on a Fender guitar. It has been constructed exceptionally well and features a very neat and tidy finish. Another cool thing about this Jim Adkins signature model in Natural is the pickups. Seymour Duncan P90 Soapbar pickups have been fitted. As you would expect from this specialist guitar pickup manufacturer they sound excellent. Plenty of power and bite. They are not harsh though. The Fender Jim Adkins JA-90 Telecaster Thinline in Natural also keeps things nice and stable with the inclusion of an Adjustomatic bridge and anchored tail piece. The semi-acoustic construction of this guitar, pickups and use of ash make it a tone machine. It looks great, plays well and sounds brilliant.
