Further to our previous update, and after the Prime Minister and First Minister’s advice today, we will be closing our shop to the public from 24th March 2020 until further notice. We believe that this is a necessary step, though it is not taken without sadness. As Glasgow’s longest-established guitar specialist, there has not been a point in the past 28 years when we haven’t been able to welcome customers with an open door.
There has been no change to our courier services or the Royal Mail since our last update, so our online business is operating as usual. We would urge any customers planning a purchase to make it using our website (Guitar.co.uk) for home delivery. We will still offer a click-and-collect service, but would discourage its use unless home delivery is not an option. We can also accept orders over the phone during our normal opening hours, and via email at any time. Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched on a next day service (for mainland UK) so you won’t have to wait long for any items we have in stock.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal customers for supporting us through these unprecedented times, and look forward to welcoming you in-store when it becomes safe to do so.
