Bass Cabinets are loaded with heavy duty speakers that are designed to cope with the bass guitars low frequency. They come in a variety of speaker configurations such as 1x15" meaning a single 15 inch speaker and 4x10" meaning four 10 inch speakers. Generally speaking smaller speakers give a tighter sound and larger speakers a deeper sound.
