This Freshman UKSPRUCECUT is constructed using spruce for the soundboard and mahogany for the back and sides, resulting in a bright and robust sound. The Concert body is slightly bigger than a little Soprano uke, lending it to more advanced techniques. The body cutaway further opens up the opportunity to play more technical pieces, thanks to improved access to the upper frets.

A bone nut and saddle improves tonal transfer from the strings into the body, for superior acoustic tone. The inbuilt EQ and tuner facilitates easy and accurate live performance. Aesthetically, the UKSPRUCECUT is beautifully presented, with abalone binding, geared tuners with black buttons, and an etched sound hole surround.
