The Gretsch G6136T-59 Vintage Select Edition ’59 Falcon brings one of Gretsch's most iconic guitars roaring back to life with impeccable attention to vintage detail. The large 17"-wide hollow body is constructed from laminated maple and finished in Vintage White Lacquer, a period-correct gloss nitrocellulose lacquer that will age gracefully over time. Inside, 1959-style trestle bracing ensures excellent feedback resistance while preserving that open, resonant tone. Aged white binding with gold sparkle purfling wraps the body, f-holes, neck and headstock for unmistakable Falcon flair. The Bigsby B6GVT vibrato tailpiece adds smooth, expressive shimmer to your playing, while the pinned Space Control™ bridge and bone nut ensure excellent tuning stability.

A maple neck with a Standard "U" profile supports an ebony fingerboard with 22 vintage-style frets, classic thumbnail inlays, and a 25.5" scale length for a bright, snappy response. Up top, Grover® Imperial™ tuners add the perfect finishing touch.

The electronics come from a pair of TV Jones® Classic pickups, delivering that unmistakable Filter'Tron™ sparkle with tight low end and dynamic range. The traditional Gretsch control layout — individual pickup volumes, master tone switch and master volume — allows for refined tone shaping on the fly.
