With a lightweight and resonant Basswood body, combined with a Roasted Canadian Maple neck / fretboard, the Jet JS-400 gets off to a very good start. This guitar really has looks to die for, with a rich gloss finish showing off the Black body / headstock and Roasted neck to full effect. Black plastic knobs and pickup covers give it a stealthy look which complements the caramel hue of the neck and multi-ply Black pickguard.

In terms of hardware, the 2-point vintage-style synchonised tremolo with pop-in trem arm is a fantastic feature at the price, while Gold closed-gear tuners provide precise and accurate tuning.
