The Schecter C-1 SLS Elite in Black Fade Burst takes the familiar Strat silhouette and throws the rest out the window. The Fishman Fluence active system - ceramic magnet in the bridge and AlNiCo in the neck - producing thick, articulate tone with effortless aplomb. These are mounted to a thru-neck body, with swamp ash wings and Maple/Walnut/Padauk Multi-ply neck (reinforced with carbon fibre) producing stunning sustain. Killer looks are ensured by the Flamed Maple top, visible through the Black Fade Burst finish.

The Schecter C-1 SLS Elite’s playing ergonomics are no less impressive. The Ultra Thin ‘C’-shaped neck is graduated in both thickness (.748” at the first fret to .787” at the 12th) and radius (12”-16”), while 24 X-Jumbo frets are designed for lightning fast riffs and solos. These are painstakingly made out of Stainless Steel, a process which takes significantly longer than standard frets due to the material’s hardness. The benefit is that they will likely last the life of the guitar without needing dressing or refretting. The Hipshot hardtail bridge locks down your tuning and intonation, giving even the heaviest player the confidence to play with abandon.
